Lester Munson is a pretty good read on these things. He said, if Blatter doesn't have a criminal lawyer he needs to get one pronto.

So FIFA re-elected their president for a 5th term?
Maybe I don't know enough about this subject if I'm questioning this... I think a CEO would have lost their job if they had equivalent fraud in their organization that FIFA just had.
Also just under a year ago, myself or someone posted John Oliver's take on FIFA. I think he got it right.

There was no question he was going to get re-elected. The real fireworks start if they can get those officials really get extradited and tried. Most of this stuff is not new news, that somebody is trying to do something about it is news. Blatter will stay in power unless the following things happen.
1. The big sponsors pull out.
2. The Swiss investigation uncovers the hard evidence bribetaking in the 2018 and 2022.
3. UEFA pulls out of FIFA
This is going to be fun to watch but Blatter is a slippery fellow, I suspect the corruption will probably go the way the IOC corruption reform did. Very slowly.

You don't even have to go to the highest levels of football to realize that money plays a HUGE role. Just look at the number of teams (owners) that have UNDISCLOSED transfer fees paid either to them, or players they poached off other teams.
Transparency means everything is disclosed, even if it is one that is subject to qualifications being met (i.e. a 5,000,000 sum based off games played). That is how the bigger teams are allowed to continually rape, then manipulate the terms of the contract later on in dealings with smaller teams.

Well, Rangers just got drubbed 6-1 on aggregate and have to spend another year out of the top flight, so what exactly did Erwin expect when he offered a handshake?
He chose to do the pussified thing and shove a guy with his back turned, and got his ass kicked for it - in this case literally. He does that in any part of Scotland, he should expect the same result, right?

Sorry buddy, disagree with all of that. And Scotland has nothing to do with it........, Mohsni is a Tunisian fucker with serious issues and he himself has embarrassed Rangers FC. This is the same guy who fell out with a team mate when he played in England and decided to attack the guy with a pair of scissors in the dressing room.
Agreed, Erwin shouldn't have pushed and should've assessed the situation better ......., but Mohsni is class A bellend."...when Hibernian won the Scottish Cup final and that celebration, Sunshine on Leith? I don’t think there’s a better football celebration ever in the game.”
