      I like the narrative, but I think they'll lose to the Packers on T-Day. The narrative I'm following is the epic meltdown, it's not over yet, doing their best to back into a wildcard spot Lions, and a Packer team that is down but not out, doing what it takes to win.
      The only thing missing from that Marvin Jones touchdown reversal is that it wasn't a first round playoff game.

        Either way is Classic Lions in its own right.

        I actually like your scenario better because it raised the possibility of getting rid of this coaching (couching) staff.

        If the Lion beat the packers and then win another and go 8-8 there is no way they fire Schwartz and that would be sad...

              Because there is the very real possibility that they come out and play like shit and get blown out as many here believe.

              I say it is more Lionesque to come out and win Thursday to give the youngsters hope before they have the epic end of season tank job.

                  Lions win, Bears lose, so despite themselves they have a stranglehold on the division. Then it will be a flop to the end and they will have to win at Minny on the last day of the season to win the division and they will get blown out by Christian Ponder.
