                          During my daily travels the other day, I passed a Church that I used to provide weekly flowers for. When passing I was reminded that the name of the church changed from St. Joseph to St. Kateri.

                          I had never heard of St. Kateri so when I had some free time I had to look her up. Simply, she is the first native American to be canonized and that was done in 2012 by Pope Benedict XVI. She lived from 1656-1680.

                          It got me to thinking.

                          Has there ever been a generation, other than ours, that had two Saints that lived and were canonized within their life span?

                                Just a quick random question here as we draw closer to the Lions season starting........, has there been any long term significant members of this forum in the past who have just willingly fucked off like Panoptes seems to have done?
