Keep up the good fight Cat, I am really glad my wife got to meet you and Mrs Cat at the last forum game as well as our initial meeting at a previous forum game. Both of you are in our prayers.

I'm actually embarrassed that I made the comment about my health some months back.
Its good to have honesty with your internet family and that's what you were feeling at that moment in time. Nothing to be embarrassed about.
Being a Lions fan for all of these years... well.. that's pretty f'ing embarrassing
keep on keep'in on brother

Does anyone know what is going on with the Olympia Parking lots around Ford Field, like lot W? I used to be able to reserve a spot on Parkwhiz and they are no longer there. I've tried calling but no response and no return call. All the ones that Ford Field owns are already booked for the season. There are some that people are selling for quite a bit of a mark up. Does anyone know if the Olympia ones are first come first serve now?
Olympia owns about 20-25 lots in the downtown area. I am not sure if they still participate with online reservations but, unless you try to roll in a half an hour before game time, you should have no problem finding a spot. If you are not going to tailgate, I would suggest parking in the Greektown Casino garage. Previously, you could park there for free as long as you get your parking ticket validated inside the Casino. Last time I used this garage, they were not even issuing tickets, it was free but game day might be different.
Which game(s) are you planning on attending?
I long for a Lions team that is consistently competitive.
Thank you! I'm going to post in the Game Forum one that someone suggested as well to see if anyone knows if they are first come first serve only now.
My husband hurt his leg and we're trying to get something a little closer so we don't have to walk as far. We don't have a handicap sticker or anything. He'll heal and get better after a while but right now we don't want to be too far.
We plan to go to the first game, and then hopefully at least a few more after that.
