ALLEN PARK -- Former Detroit Lions receiver Titus Young has been released after serving nearly 20 months in a Northern California prison.

Young, who has been charged with more than 20 crimes since the Lions cut him in 2013, was doing a four-year bit for assaulting a neighbor in 2016. He was housed at the California Health Care Facility in Stockton, Calif., which provides medical and mental healthcare to inmates according to the Los Angeles Times
Trickalicious - I don't think it is fair that the division rivals get to play the Lions twice. The Lions NEVER get to play the Lions, let alone twice.

                      • Cardinals' Larry Fitzgerald addresses eye-poking incident with Rams' Ndamukong Suh

During the Los Angeles Rams' 31-9 win over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, Rams defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh was caught on camera appearing to poke Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald in the eye.

Suh received a lot of criticism for the action on social media, but Larry Fitzgerald came to his defense on Wednesday morning.

Did Ndamukong Suh seriously try to poke Larry Fitzgerald's eye on Sunday? That's messed up.

                        Wow.

Hilarity will be when the Packers carry him off Ford Field on their shoulders after he just clinched a division title.

Slightly more obscure fact than Don Shula once being on the Lions staff.
