I never like the aforementioned sillyness much myself, I also got it confused a lot with "With a Little Luck" on the next and last LP that had anything worth listening to - 'London Town'. About ten years ago it came on in the car, I hadn't heard it in many a year, thought, this really isn't bad and have liked it since (along with Little Luck) lol.
Hi there Wingsfan. Have you ever heard of a fantastic British prog band called Pendragon? Just celebrated 30 years last year in the music biz. Some of their stuff just sounds so much like Pink Floyd,....., I know you are a Floyd fan. Check this clip out......, it's a song called masters of illusion......, skip it forward to 2:30 and listen to the end. Close your eyes....., it's pink Floyd!!

Yes I am Marko (guess my avatar gives it away :-)). To bad im married to my job, Waters 'Wall' was in town a few weeks back, would have really liked to seen that. No, never heard of them, they do sound like the Floyd (dreamy Gilmour guitar) didn't care much for the vocals though.

Yes, the vocals are an acquired taste. Very "English" vocalist. But with over 12 albums and many brilliant musical pieces, they really are a very good band.
