Awesome! That song was from the Singles Orig Mot Pic Sndtrk. Awesome album. I just heard that song last Friday on PBS during their airing of the Pearl Jam 20 movie. Had to go listen to the whole album again.
I just saw on another Youtube clip of CC performing that song that he wrote it one night after being on the set of "Singles". Jeff Ament of Pearl Jam had made up a mock cassette for the movie's band "Citizen Dick" and came up with a bunch of fake titles. Cornell then decided to go home and record songs with those titles. "Seasons" was one, "Spoonman" another, "Flutter Girl" was another. Pretty cool.

Seasons of Wither is my favorite Aerosmith song, just narrowly beating out No More, No More and Woman of the World. I had just gotten out Get Your Wings last week. I hadn't listened to it in a long time. Still great, Steven Tyler was awesome before he turned into a caricature. That unplugged version is good, but nothing beats the studio version where Train Kept a Rollin melds into Seasons of Wither
Yeah, I agree. I was still impressed with how good he sounded in that Unplugged performance, though. I thought the high notes might've already been gone by then. I think Get Your Wings is their best album.
