Ray Manzarek & Robby Krieger are coming to The Fillmore Detroit on November 11 playing all Doors songs. At first I though oh no give it up guys,,, Jim is gone!

Anyway I looked it up on youtube and the lead singer is a guy named Dave Brock he comes from Wild Child, a Doors tribute band. From the videos I've seen, he seems to do an awesome job sounding and looking like a bloated and performing like a sober Jim morrison.

I would love to see them!!!

I saw Wild Child about 8 years ago. They still play here in SoCal frequently. The singer does a really good Morrison impression. I think that him hooking up with Manzarek and Krieger would be awesome.

Love that song Deb and yes it is very apropos. When it first came out it instantly became my favorite song. :-)

The singers girlfriend somehow screwed him over, I think he might have caught her sleeping with another guy, and that song is the product.
