I saw them at Glastonbury in 1994, very memorable gig, awesome."...when Hibernian won the Scottish Cup final and that celebration, Sunshine on Leith? I don’t think there’s a better football celebration ever in the game.”

Nope. It was 1993 and I'd moved out to LA about a week before. One night, I was with 2 of my friends at the Kibbutz Room (little bar connected to Canter's) on Fairfax and some girl comes up to us and asks us if we wanted to be in a music video. When we saw it was for RATM, we were very excited. I'd just gotten into them earlier that year and also saw them play at Lollapalooza. My buddy Keith was also able to go and we drove out to some desolate area of LA (I think somewhere in the City of Industry) and wound up at this warehouse.
There were about 50 other people, the film crew and the band.
On the flyer we got, it said the video was going to be for "Bombtrack" but it wound up being for "Freedom". The band hung out for a while during the time the crew was setting up and I even got to toss a Nerf football with Zack for a moment.
Then, they played their album all the way through and played a few of the songs twice (or maybe 3 times) so it was really just a live show with a very small crowd. I was standing by the stage pretty much the whole time and the stage was maybe 2 feet high, if that. I had bruises on my shins by the end of things.
It was great and my buddy and I thought we were going to be all over the video because we were up front or diving off the stage the whole time. Instead, we just had to take it and see our blurs (like the picture above). Here is one good shot of my skinny ass legs, my "jorts", my hair going wild and my friend Keith getting some face time, albeit he looks constipated: (thank you Youtube and screen capture!)

The BEST part of the Youtube find is that they have a picture of us in the "Frozen" part.
I just found out about that in June when I went out to LA for a visit and Keith and I were showing the video to a friend.
