Seeing him live can be an iffy proposition. A buddy paid good coin to see him from front row and he came out so wasted he could barely finish songs. Great writer though

I was spoiled in college - our small little town had a great live music scene. There was a 3 piece band called the Folk Lizards who could literally play anything. They did a lot of covers of every genre worth a damn, but their originals were amazing. A friend of mine texted me the other day that he had found some cd's of a few of their shows the other day while rifling through some old boxes, so he is going to burn them and send them to me.
