I didnt have the honour of knowing Yooperman,......, what a sense of humour he mustve had! Check out the very first page of the joke thread from 2008....., that first Yoop joke about copper wire etc is an absolute classic.... Had me in tears with laughter. Going to read that entire joke thread over the weekend when i find a spare hour.

I was visited today by Mrs. Yooperman. What a sweet lady. She shared a few stories about herself and Yoop. Easy to see why the two of them were together so long.....just genuine, funny and sweet people. Come to find out, He lived only 7 blocks from me this whole time! She sure brightened my day....and by the way....she spoke very highly of this forum. She was touched by the flowers sent to the service as well.

I did tell her that, Mark. She is definitely aware of his humor, being married to him so long. She told me he would sit there and chuckle at his own posts....and when she asked him what was so funny....he would say, "me". He cracked everyone up....including himself, apparently. LOL...
