Long time lurker... figured I would post a couple pics of my new pup.
Her name is Samantha. She is a 4 month old Hound/Lab mix (adopted from the SPCA). She is a lazy and shy puppy that loves to cuddle. She has been a good dog from day 1 not chewing on anything but her toys and has only used the bathroom outside. I have her trained to ring a set of bells by the door whenever she wants to go outside. It can get annoying though.. whenever I am not paying attention to her she goes and rings the bells... so I am starting to wonder who is REALLY the trained one...!?
My sister has a dog purportedly of the same breed mix. The dog is fine enough by itself but it seems to think that any other dog is a threat and therefore must be eaten whole. Her smooth fox terriers have borne the brunt of this cannibalistic minded devil dog to the tune of over $1000 in emergency vet bills over 2 years. She seems to think she can change the dogs behavior. Right now the evil doer has to wear a muzzle with any other animals
