Has anyone watched Cruella? That’s one of the best movies that I’ve seen all year

Yeah it was pretty good. The trailer was really good that's what got me to watch it

My older daughter says it was good but too long, she thinks it could have been cut by about 30 minutes.

My future daughter in law linked her phone to our Chromecast and casted it for us to watch. She's seen it like a dozen times or so.

Emma Stone looks good in it. I want to see it but haven’t made time for it yet.

If Stone doesn’t win something for her performance something is wrong. It was a fantastic movie. They took a character that we all know as a villain and put a great backstory together

Palm Springs is another one that I thought was clever. I wasn’t expecting much out of it but it surprised me

The little girl (not Abigail Breslin) in Stillwater was better ... well maybe not, but she was really good and that movie was good, too

The best movie I've seen this year was "Wrath of Man". It had a few more layers then I thought going in. The same for "Nobody."

"No Sudden Move" was really good too and I didn't know it was a real story.

Forsh, I thought you would have definitely seen "Old." It was very different. Interesting.

"Fatherhood" was heart warming and the wife loved it.

I fell asleep on "Space Jam" It was just meh.

When you guys and gals watch movies, what do you look for to be at least a good/decent movie/show?

For me, there has to be a character(s) that you kind of emotionally want to win/survive or a character(s) that you kind of emotionally want to die/lose (bad guys).

If I watch something and IDGAF if everyone lives or dies I just don't waste my time. I have to have at least one character that I can emotionally invest in.
