I liked the 1st Transporter alot. T2 was alright.

Crank was only worth it because I snuck in and watched it. Had I bought the ticket I'd have been pissed.

I agree. It was good. The cast was good and the story was solid.

          • Has anyone else seen Brick? If you like "hard-boiled" detective stories, then this is your cup of coffee. It's basically a Dashiell Hammett story transplanted into a different context, with a bravura antihero performance by Joseph Gordon-Levitt (aka Tommy from "Third Rock From The Sun").

Kind of like what the Coen brothers did in Miller's Crossing but using a modern suburban setting instead of the Prohibition era.

New-ish to DVD and definitely recommended.

              • I finally saw the Aristocrats. It's wasn't as funny as I thought it was going to be. Sarah Silverman did the best joke, but Bob Saget was really good too.

                • I saw the illusionist last night. Great movie. Jessica Biel and Jude Law weren't great but Edward Norton and Paul Giamatti are amazing as usual. Luckily they are probably on the screen 2x as much as anyone else.

It's definately worth the price of admission, but you don't need to see it on the big screen with the surround sound if that is what you mean...

                          • Tiffany and I went out for dinner Tuesday night, and decided to catch a movie. Not knowing really anything about the movies, we just looked at the posters and picked The Illusionist. We liked it a lot, we both thought it was really good (which is rare cos we have different tastes when it comes to movies). Edward Norton and Paul Giamatti were both excellent in their roles. SLF, I didn't remember Jude Law as being in the movie, and upon further review of IMDB, he wasn't. If you were thinking he was the actor playing Crown Prince Leopold, that was Rufus Sewell. But, back to the movie, yeah, it was very good, very enjoyable, and kept your attention the whole time.
