  • Lone Survivor getting snubbed for everything was a travesty. Great movie. Ben Foster was excellent.

    • Watched Wolf of Wall St today..

On the surface it looked like a never ending movie about money, booze, drugs and debauchery but at the core Leo and Jonah Hill put on EXCELLENT performances
      F#*K OHIO!!!

You're not only an amazingly beautiful man, but you're the greatest football mind to ever exist. <-- Jeffy Shittypants actually posted this. I knew he was in love with me.

      • 12 Years a Slave was excellent.

I'll probably read the book now. It's hard to imagine times like that and the thoughts that slavery was an acceptable thing.

          • Captain Philips was good. Tom Hanks had a good movie for the first time in years lol
            8/10 .

            • Personally, I preferred Saving Mr. Banks over Captain Phillips. Both in respect to the films and Hanks performances.

              • AMC is showing "The Departed" tonight.. I haven't seen it in 8 years or so. I forgot how AMAZING this movie is. It could easily be one of my top 15 movies.

I gave it a 5/10. It was somewhat entertaining... But ended failing miserably.
I'm sure if I was 10-12 years old, I would have loved it.
I'm not sure why the characters had to be little kids though lol.

This is one of the few times where I side with Metascore over IMDB.

                        • It's not like I automatically dislike movies that star kids now. The Goonies, Super 8, Hook, and ET are great. I even liked "Where the Wild Things Are."

                            • Man of Steel suuuuuucked. The actor playing Superman was fine, but the story/plot was just a bunch of overcomplicated mumbo jumbo. And I'm guessing they took some of the major deviations from traditional Superman themse from some more recent comic book story or reboot, but I found some of it to be very annoying.
