    • Catching up on a few flicks this weekend. Finally saw Crazy Heart and Jonah Hex. I've never been a huge Jeff Bridges fan but he was really good. It had a great cast and a good story to it.

Jonah Hex was alot better that I thought it would be. Since it was released critics spoke about how bad it was but I thought it was decent for Megan Fox was a lot better then things I read. I thought she was did a good job (of looking smokin f'ing hott).

                      • Last couple of nights I watched both parts of "Mesrine". Really good story....that guy was the french Dillinger.

French film, so you have to put up with the dubbing but well worth the time.

                          • Missing gem after hockey last night. I watched 'No Way Out' from 1987. Not sure how I never even heard of this movie? It was one to watch again or something they had on Reels channel and has been on my DVR for about a month. What a surprisingly great movie.

Set during the cold war, political intrigue within the US government is the focus of the film. Kevin Costner is a naval officer who becomes a hero after rescuing his ship crew from a whirlpool in Atlantic. By means of his international intelligence service experience he's hired by a job in the Pentagon to work as an assistant of National Defense minister (Gene Hackman). If you like twists and turns you will like this one, I was glued to watch was going to happen next after that.
