I saw Superbad last week. It started off really great. It kind of lost steam near the end but I still thought it was pretty good.

I think one of the more difficult things to pull off is sustaining a comedy all the way through the end; it's one of the reasons why you tend to see many comedies clocking in closer to 90 minutes than dramas which often run 2+ hours.Originally posted by Tom View Post"We like to work for everything. I saw SAW IV about a week and a half ago, this one moved from the thriller series it was to a more mainstream slasher movie. I didn't think it did much for the plot of the movie but it left the board open for a possible fifth movie.

I just watched Mr. Brooks on DVD, it was a really good movie. The interplay between Kevin Costner and William Hurt in it was excellent, and Dane Cook, as annoying as he is, was pretty decent also. Definately a movie you can re-watch a couple times through
About a month ago I watched Fracture. My favorite roles that Anthony Hopkins plays are ones similar to his Hannibal Lecter, where he's both intelligent and charming, with a psycopathic underside. I finally saw Knocked Up this weekend. It was pretty good, not as funny as I thought it would be, but still entertaining. The stuff with Seth Rogen and Paul Rudd was the best.Comment
