I’m planning on seeing Thor tomorrow with my nephews and niece.
The Thor movies are loco. I don't know why, but they always remind me of the Flash Gordon (remake) movie. Just a little cheesy, but, a good one for the little ones.
I hope they enjoyed it
Trickalicious - I don't think it is fair that the division rivals get to play the Lions twice. The Lions NEVER get to play the Lions, let alone twice.
The first one was fantastic. All after have been meh
F#*K OHIO!!!

If anyone has Amazon Prime, a good series is The Terminal List by, and starring, Chris Pratt.
Just started it, they sure didn't waste much time letting the shit hit the fan. It looks like its done well.

It was okay. The best part was just being there with the kids. The oldest one just started med school, the middle one is on his way to UofM in the fall. and the youngest one is still in grade school but she’ll start getting busy once the summer is over.
All the other ones (before the latest) set up Infinity Wars so they had a tie in there. I watch a lot of youtube (nerd stuff) on the MCU and they're speculating the new Avengers are going to be mostly (if not all) ladies. So that's why you see them a lot more in the ventures that have come out this year.

Excluding Loki and the recent Spider-man movie… I’m behind on the MCU. Seems like they’re setting up the villain from Loki as the next Thanos/ big-bad.
That leaves me with:
- Black Widow
- WandaVision
- The Falcon and the Winter Soldier
- Shang-Chi
- Eternals
- Doctor Strange: The Multiverse of Madness
- Hawkeye
- Moon Knight
- Ms Marvel
- Thor: Love and Thunder
Geez. That’s too much. Way too behind on the MCU… I should quit with the satisfaction that the Thanos arc was excellent enough.

Black Widow was a fantastic movie. Superhero shit aside it was really good

Back in the day, getting all of these comic book heroes together in a good movie was considered pretty much impossible. They do it now, but it's a chore. The pendulum has swung too far in the direction of serialization IMO.

True that.
I'm actually more of a DC guy than Marvel (mostly Batman and Superman up until the early 2000s, but I do love Spidey!) but now with these movies, you need to either read them over the years or use Google/Wikipedia to get a handle on what they're talking about with all the Easter Egg stuff.
Nolan, for all the griping that people have made over the years with the 3 Batman movies that he made, one thing that I did enjoy about his 3 films was that you didn't need to know who Ra's Al Ghul was to enjoy Liam Neeson playing the role, or Heath Ledger giving the performance of a lifetime in '08. He-Nolan, did put some Easter eggs in his movies, but there weren't any Post-credits scene stuff at all.
