The sequel for "Jurassic World" is titled "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom."
How fitting considering the franchise has fallen since the original.

It does sound like this movie is promising if they stick to what they have been saying... a contained, character based, thriller.
NOT the nonsense dumb blockbuster like Jurassic World.

I thought the last Jurassic was pretty good. None will ever be as good as the first one but it was entertaining and had some creative scenes.

When I first saw Jurassic World, it was good. Memberberries helped create an idea that it's a throwback to the original. However, after rewatching, I realized JW featured flat characters, a thin plot, and was overall a big budget mess. Like if a SyFy B movie was given a budget of $200 million.
The villain wanted to use Velociraptors for the military? lol. It's still entertaining, but Jurassic Park and even The Lost World are better. Plus the use of the velociraptors was terrible... it didn't have that claustrophobic feel like Jurassic Park.

Finally saw "Get Out."
Wow, great movie. Love the cinematography... well rounded plot with perfect dialogue. The sense of paranoia that it built. Genius.
Probably my 2nd favorite movie of 2017 (behind "Logan") ... with "Baby Driver" and "Dunkirk" coming up soon.

Finally saw "Get Out."
Wow, great movie. Love the cinematography... well rounded plot with perfect dialogue. The sense of paranoia that it built. Genius.

I'm really glad you said that. I've heard it was fantastic but I haven't had the time to see it yet. I'll probably catch it tomorrow

It looks like a horror flick but from what I've read is that its really suspense and the character development is top of the line. True?

More suspense maybe? Part of the movie will remind you of a classic horror.
Well, perhaps there is some character development for the main guy in the first third of the movie. Might have overstated the overall character development ... but anyone should feel invested in the movie.

Get Out is more about the suspense and cinematography.

annnnnnnnnd of course I waited a few extra days and now Get Out isn't playing anymore.

But hey if you want to see the terrible Wonder Woman movie, shitty Baywatch and an even worse Mummy there's like 3 different screens to watch those.

Watched the new Spiderman and Baby Driver recently and both were pretty good.

Spiderman might have been my favorite in that series of spidey movies. I thought the new kid did well and Keaton was awesome. I was a little disappointed in Downey Jr's role. He was basically scolding Peter Parker the whole movie and seemed a bit mailed in at that. The 2 post credit scenes were good. 1 good wink and 1 funny one.

Baby Driver was pretty awesome. Some of the wheel stunts were amazing and unlike anything ive seen without being overly complex. They looked pretty cool and seemed in the relm of possibility compared to the total bs from movies like the Transporter (excuse me while i do a barrel roll to have this crane knock the bomb off of the undercarrage of my car only to land it and keep driving) and pretty much everything in the Fast and Furious series.

The sound track was pretty sick too.
