I think these look pretty good. I just don't like changing them so often. I'd be fine if these were the new road unis.
Not only that but this
The helmet will feature a navy matte finish and traditional maize wings. http://www.myfoxdetroit.com/story/20...e-matte-finsih

Which is precisely why Alabama, USC, and Texas have such a hard time recruiting.
I defy you to find a team, outside Oregon, who has changed their uniforms so much in te past two years.

You're saying other schools are not playing with uniforms as much as UofM?
Maryland and all the Nike schools have at least one new uniform a year and usually more.
It's common practice now and it seems to work in appealing to kids and even selling merchandise in some cases.Rashean Mathis: "I'm an egg guy. Last year we didn't have (the omelet station). I didn't complain, but I was dying inside."

As for the 2nd part, Notre Dame has also done it quite a bit and the ohio has worn alternate jerseys in 4 of the last 5 Michigan games, I believe. Nebraska and Wisconsin wore alternate jerseys for their first match-up. Boise State, Georgia, Florida, Missouri, Texas A & M, spartie, and several other schools have worn alternate jerseys in the last year or two. I think Texas did as well.
I don't really like it but Michigan isn't alone in this trend.Last edited by *JD*; December 19, 2012, 12:34 PM.
