  • MICHIGAN beats Illinois at Illinois for the first time since 1995.

TIMMAY with his best game of the year. 25 points, 11 rebounds, 2 steals, a block, an assist, 4-4 from 3. Only one missed FG and one missed FT. He looked like he did last year at this point. Hopefully, that will continue.

Burke was strong as well. 21 points, 5 assists, 3 rebounds.

IF MICHIGAN wins against Penn State, all we need is for the schmuckos to beat spartie for a share of the B1G title.

    That's weird and interesting.

    Go ohio???

    • They'll let us down. I'm not even going to root for those assholes. That Purdue loss at home really screwed us.
      F#*K OHIO!!!

You're not only an amazingly beautiful man, but you're the greatest football mind to ever exist. <-- Jeffy Shittypants actually posted this. I knew he was in love with me.

      • Yeah. THat purdue loss (like the Iowa loss in football) is a real bummer.

        • It's hard to expect us to go undefeated at home, at least this year. We've already exceeded expectations, a far as the regular season goes. Purdue is a good team, as well.

The one game we lost that we probably shouldn't have was at Iowa.

          • Purdue was hot and heating up when you guys saw them. It happens.

              • As much as you wanna play the game, there were plenty of games that Michigan won that they "shouldn't" have too. Don't know why people(just in general, no one here) keep dwelling on that.

                      • I'll be the first one to say Hoke has turned out to be a great fit for what the Wolverines needed. He has the connections to past Michigan coaches to placate the cliques that formed, was given the support of the administration (as well as the budget to bring in quality assistants), and has been forward thinking enough to adapt the schemes the Wolverines run to mesh well with the talent available.

I'm honestly thinking Hoke should have been someone the Wolverines targeted three year ago... but Martin had to have that "big name" coach, and desperately clung to whoever he could get his hands on.

                        • 23-8 overall and 13-5 in the B1G!!!

Hopefully, evil will triumph over EviL later today.

                          • The thought they have to cheer for Ohio State has got to be making more than a few Michigan fans feel dirty.

                            • B1G MBB Tourney seeding

Seeding for the tournament is MSU/UMich/OSU no matter what happens at the Breslin center today, right?

If MSU wins today, the Wolverines are alone in second. If OSU wins, then it's a three-way tie. Each team would be 3-3 in the first tiebreaker (head-to-head-to-head). MSU would win the second tiebreaker (2-0 vs. #4 Wisconsin beats Michigan's 1-0 and OSU's 1-1.)

                              Check me: Tiebreaker
