    Deac did that when M beat MSU in basketball. The higher number was how many days it had been since M had beaten MSU in either football or basketball.

          Well, they were exulting in it, and under those circumstances M fans just have to hunker down until it's their turn. A two game winning streak helps.

            U of M vs MSU is like the Purdue vs IU rivalry.
            Purdue & U of M are dominate Universities in comparison to those given rivals.

            Football, number of successful/ famous alumni, & academics for sure...

                    You assume correctly, BTW. Michigan's research and professional schools are on a par with those of the Ivy League.

                      Even though I liked our chances in this game, a 30 point blowout was about the last thing I expected. Great game from almost the entire team today, bring on duke.

                        Also, who knew Stu could throw down like that? I think he's been conserving his energy for 3 years to get that high over the rim.

                        WOW!

                        Totally enjoyable game to watch from the 10 minute mark left in the first half on.

                        What a win.
