That's what I remember. There is no way that dude is 200+.

    • His build reminds me more of Az Hakim or Randle-El than any running back I can think of.

      • He's built like a CB. Bird hips, skinny legs.

        • Regardless of his weight, the new NFL has proven it can use guys like him. KC was having fun with their smallish RB they just drafted before he got hurt. The lions run out there with Best and Logan. CJ2K. It's becoming the norm.

          • Those guys are used as situational, change of pace players, not full-time RBs. That's Denard's role if he's not the QB. He won't go to D and he won't be a full-time, 20 carry a game RB.

I'd agree with that. But there is a place in the NFL for him (at least potentially).

              • He could be a "Slash" type athlete like Brad Smith for the Jets, who lines up at QB, RB, and WR. If anything, showing that kind of versatility would help Denard's NFL chances.

                • Brad Smith played QB for 4 years. As did Randle El. Robinson's such a great athlete, somebody's going to give him a shot to develop in the pros. He's faster than either of those guys. I'm not worried about him getting his shot, regardless of where he plays the next 2 years.

                  • I don't think he'd accept a move to another position, though. In fact, he seems to have learned to take the slide or go out of bounds rather than strive for that extra yard and risk injury. Rich was the only guy who offered him QB, and if the next coach wants to move him, I'm sure he'll bail.

                    • 205 was from wikipedia so it can't be wrong.

Even at 193 the point remains. Hes a sophomore who will still put on weight.

He's plenty big no matter what people keep telling you.

                          • There are a lot of Les haters at LSU. Many people in the area believe that LSU wins in spite of him rather than because of him.

His gig at LSU may not be all that sweet.

That scares me, too. Damn, the women down south are hot!
