Darius Morris benched by Beulein for today's Big 10 opener against Purdue for unspecified team conduct violations. Michigan kept it close till midway through the second half, and is now getting mauled.

Edit--he was only benched for the first four minutes of the game. Big f'ing deal. Might be a long season.

not too much to read into this game. The youngest team in the big ten got beaten up by the oldest. Disappointing result, but it's going to happen with a young team.

I'm just happy they were able to hang with Purdue for as long as they did. Michigan might be middle of the big ten pack, which would be overachieving to the max.

The one NFL job I think Harbaugh might bite on is the Carolina job. They pretty much have the 1st pick and could grab Luck. They'd have a decent offense and some really nice building blocks with Luck and Stewart if that OL can find its way back.
