Michigan Basketball is having trouble recruiting.
In the last month, Dom Pointer (#55 ESPN) and Amir Williams (39 ESPN), both had UM in their final choices and have Michigan roots, went elsewhere, St. Johns and Ohio State. Beilein is frustrating. The upsets are nice, but at some point, you need some athletes. They did snag Brundidge early (#74) but this has to improve. I don't see it improving for awhile though.
This is a 13 win team I fear.The Lions went 11-5 in 2014

It seems like it would be tempting for any program to hand that kid/coach from butler a boat load of money right now.Rashean Mathis: "I'm an egg guy. Last year we didn't have (the omelet station). I didn't complain, but I was dying inside."

I'm gonna ride the great wave of optimism in this thread and go with a Michigan upset.
Final home game of the year and with a shabby bowl trip clinched -- they'll have nothing to lose. Mich will be dangerous here.

I don't know that they can get above 5th place in the big ten. Maybe if they win out. But if they won out, there is absolutely no chance that 2 big ten teams play in BCS games.
It's shabby bowl time. (unless you are state, in which case the Texas bowl is big time!) :-DTo be a professional means that you don't die. - Takeru "the Tsunami" Kobayashi
