As a casual observer of college basketball, the tourney results suggested to me that the council had grossly underestimated the Big 10 teams. Others are commenting on it too ...

The B1G didn't have a normal powerhouse / true top 10 team this year. Ohio State and Michigan State were disappointments and until their sick run Michigan barely looked like an NIT team.
Of course none of that matters since they're peaking at the right time. Wisconsin has some players that can give teams fits in that bracket.F#*K OHIO!!!

Wisconsin and UM were probably seeded 2 spots too low each. But there were reasons (Wisconsin faltered down the stretch, UM struggled for a large portion of the season). Purdue also didn't close the year out that strongly.Comment

Ha, I guess I'm a little influenced by my watching them lose twice to UM. Though guarantee the committee saw them losing twice to an "inferior" team including on a neutral court.Comment

Michigan didn't deserve to be in that game at the end. They played like shit all night. Turnovers, terrible shot selection, no defense.

Ive been down on Beilein and his recruiting for a couple of years now. After the South Carolina loss at the beginning of the year i gave up on this team.
With all of that said this has been one of my favorite Michigan teams ever. That run at the end of the year was fantastic for not having any high level recruits. Beilein is a class act and Im happy to eat crow about the way he runs his programF#*K OHIO!!!

Just recruit some guys who can rebound. So sick of watching the same thing repeat itself. This is MICHIGAN, a 7' shouldn't be too hard to find.Comment
