No lawyer in his right mind would take that lawsuit - there is no money involved in it. Even if they sold 10,000 steak dinners at $50 a pop, the difference is so miniscule it would be a waste of their time. Now if that offer was nationwide, ohhh yeah.
50% off a steak dinner, you don't look a gift horse in the mouth. Wish I could show up at Ruth's Chris here in Dallas and get that - I'd be there in a NY minute.
"Hence the word attempt."
-------------------------------There won't even be an "attempt". No lawyer has any thoughts of doing this and any idiot who calls they will laugh him/her down. There will not be any "attempt". It isn't lucrative.
Rutgers should file a lawsuit for attempted homicide against Harbaugh after that ass whoopin.
F#*K OHIO!!!
You're not only an amazingly beautiful man, but you're the greatest football mind to ever exist. <-- Jeffy Shittypants actually posted this. I knew he was in love with me.
I'm not sure what else Harbaugh could have done there. He was playing what amounted to his 5th string by the end of that game. He was probably one drive away from pointing to the water boy and asking him, "Hey... wanna pretend to be Adam Sandler for a few minutes?"

Rutgers must be the very definition of utter pish if Harbawbag was playing 5th string players by the end. Jaysus H, not even a field goal? I'd quit the sport after that.

I'm not even sure they could beat the Lions. I mean, it'd be close, but I dunno, man.

They had 34 yards rushing on 36 carries and 5 yards passing. Total.

.............................................They could.
I mean, on paper it seems like it'd be a blowout. But ya know how Caldwell is. The Lions would get up big, and Caldwell would have them kneeling on three straight plays to bleed the clock.
Could Rutgers take advantage of that? Maybe? I guess?
