Dsred is probably right though. Coaching failure. You gotta protect a player from themselves. And the way he was grabbing his ribs... it did cross my mind that whoever their backup was was probably a better option at that point since he was obviously extremely hobbled. Thinking about it now, the coach should have thought the same and shut him down. That's what they get the big bucks for - those tough decisions.
