  • Happy Valley isn’t a fun place for Michigan to play. Their crowd really gets into it. I’m happy to come out of there with a W considering all the stuff that went on 24 hours before the game.

While chemi is just trolling I thought Michigan’s second half game plan was intelligent. The only attempted pass in the second half resulted in a DPI. Basically we ran the ball every single play on the road against the #1 rushing defense in all of college football.

    That’s unbelievable
    F#*K OHIO!!!

    • It still amazes me that chemi is in here trolling an undefeated team. That’s dedication

      • 10-0. Since sign stealing gate, they named their score against MSU 49-0, beat Purdue in a ho-hum 42-13 win, went into Happy Valley and controlled the game from start to finish. Ran for 227 against one of the best defenses in the nation (and 3 TDs) .With the HC suspended mid-plane flight right before the game.

That's a great win. Blows my mind that they can still get shaded/discredited for that.

        • Honestly I think the sign stealing thing has been great for college football. It’s taken kind of a boring season and it’s given people something to talk about. I wish it weren’t Michigan that they’re talking about but oh well.

I still don’t know what to think of all this. Suspending Harbaugh without a proper investigation on both sides is complete garbage. Where the hell is this Connor Stallions anyway? Is he hiding out in his moms basement?

          • My biggest takeaways from that game were:

            A. Michigan has a RT problem.
            B. Adisa Isaac and Chop Robinson will be on my draft watch list next spring for the Lions.

Ooh... way to show me that he'd just need to slide 6 more spots (we'd call that "within margin of error").

That said, mild trolling aside, there's plenty of time for all of these prospects to rise and tank, especially once the draftniks begin their process of eviscerating anyone and everyone for the sake of clicks and engagment.

That said, I'm still not seeing it from McCarthy yet that makes me think he's the "second best QB prospect in the draft." That's the homerade talking as much as my haterade.

He's in the 4th to 5th best range. Maybe there's an obscene run of QBs this time around, but I just don't see THAT many QBs going in the first round, and ESPECIALLY not San Fran unless Purdy's arm falls off (metaphorically speaking).

It has less to do with him (he'd have probably been the 3rd QB off the board had he been one year earlier, and maybe even #1 if he for some god insane reason came back for a senior year), and more to do with the depth of talent projected this time around.

I haven't watched the other QBs in this class well enough to fairly compare. Sounds like this might end up being an all-time QB class.

If I compare it to last year's class, which I understand reasonably well as prospects, I think he'd have been in the #1 conversation.

It might be the financially best decision for him to come back for another year. Michigan should shell out a lot of NIL money for him to stay to make it somewhat less risky. Otherwise, IMO, there's going to be a decent NFL team getting a top QB prospect out of this draft without having to pay through the nose.

Why are you always so argumentative? I'm not trying to "show" you anything. I'm just pointing out where the latest PFF mock has him. I'm aware a mock isn't a guarantee of anything. You can take it or leave it, I really don't care one way or the other.

Because he’s in here trolling an undefeated team that he hates. He cares about any stat that makes Michigan not good. If McCarthy were a toothless hack that played for Sparty he’d be all over his well below .500 nuts.

McCarthy cares about wins and to us he’s a caring mf’er

                          • The official story is that the judge wasn't willing to issue an immediate injunction, and a resolution wouldn't come until after the suspension was over.

So Harbaugh bit the bullet rather than continue to be a distraction.

It's as good of a story as any.

I think the last jersey I had was Charles Rogers. And I think we all know how THAT worked out.

The judge is an O$U fan?
