I'm trying to remember a college kid walking up to the line on two separate occasions where even ONE miss gives your opponent life, and without even a hint of concern goes 4 for 4... and I'm drawing a blank.

I mean, Wilson didn't look even the slightest bit nervous. Then he gets the block that ended it on the other end. Just put the team on your back in the clutch, man.

College kids are going to make mistakes. It's unavoidable. That's why strategies like the press work to some degree at this level, but you wouldn't DARE try it in the pros because you'd get your lunch eaten by even the shittiest teams.

Beilein should have called a TO after it happened the first time. I can't believe they won that game. M didn't play their game at all and beat a damned good team. Wagner and Wilson are going to be tough when they put on more muscle.

The Wolverines only had two TO's at that point, and I can understand wanting at least one just in case you need to draw up a play on a last possession and one to use in a pinch.

At some point, you have to trust your guys will right the ship without your help.

Wagner is so freaking good, man. And how about DJ Wilson...dude has been a revelation this season. Last year it looked like he didn't even know how to play basketball.

Word is they both really love the college life, and next year would be their team for all intents and purposes...I think that would have to be pretty intriguing for both of them, and Wagner has the legit talent to be the Big Ten Player of the Year next season.

But then again, who knows. If this magical run somehow continued all of the way to a national title, and each dude's stock continued to ascend...who knows.

I hope thats true for both M and them. They're going to be amazing players but neither have the strength to play in the NBA right now. Wilson might not put much more weight on with his game but Wagner needs to.

Both could be lottery picks next season.

If either of them got strong assurances they'd be a first round pick, they'd be stupid not to take it.

That said, I don't think either of them will at this point.

Wagner definitely is a first rounder right now but he's not your normal prospect. He can go back to Berlin and play and make a killing anytime he wants. Hell he might not even want to go to the NBA. His dream was to play for his boyhood favorite in Berlin. The only reason he's not there now is his love for COLLEGE basketball
