  • ESPN Game Day is in Ann Arbor Saturday, not sure the last time they were here - but I know Chris Fowler was hit by a snowball in the head once, hates Michigan.

DG looked like Vince Young vs CMU - Hard to tackle, long strides makes him faster than he looks, too easy, passing needs work - but it is what it is. Kelly has a good team, look for another nail biter...

    • It still amazes me that Young was as elusive as he was. You're right he had those long strides and made really subtle moves leaving would be tacklers in his dust.

I was at that Rose Bowl when we played Texas and it was frustrating to watch thinking he'd be tackled for a lose or sacked then he'd just get out of it.
      F#*K OHIO!!!

      • Damn .. That was a heart breaker .. LLLLoyd -

The next year Texas won the NC vs SC with Young running wild, now Bush is a Lion. Funny how things work out, I hated him so much back then - but glad he's in Detroit now.

I was at that game too. Funnest tailgate I've ever been to. Almost the best game as well. It was fun until the last couple of minutes. I remember Breaston being awesome that game.

The post-game wasn't so great. My friend's car battery had drained because we played "The Victors" on his ipod too many times during the tailgate. We had to find somebody to get a jump from.

            • Yeah Breaston had a monster game. Every time we'd pull away or i think it was a nail in the coffin that mf'er would claw back.

All I wanted to do is leave that stadium but it just took forever with all the Texas fans running around having a good time. I was furious.

              • This UofM vs ND game should be a good one. I would guess UofM wins at home but ND has a pretty experienced QB out there and that always helps in high pressure games. The cupcakes everyone faces for the first game of the season doesn't really help gauge anything.

I'll predict a 31-24 victory for UofM -but a UofM route of ND or a UofM loss wouldn't be overly surprising so this is basically a random guess. A route of UofM by ND would be the only result that would be truly surprising and I don't think that can happen. So.. 3 scenarios are believable to me and 2 of them result in a UofM win.
