  • ND was a great rival for the Spartans back in the day when Michigan was too chicken to allow MSU into the Big Ten. They blocked it's admission for 5 years.

Your trolling skills have improved, but you can't hold a candle to post #9563

It's simple math, Poop. Notre Dame has two games with three rivals. Tell me... if U-M had to choose between MSU/OSU/ND... which one is the odd man out? It's the same sort of deal for Notre Dame.

And I love how you ignore that the major reason Michigan doesn't have the same history with ND was because (by your logic) they must have been running skurred from the Irish for about 30 years.
Probable reason is that Michigan has nothing to offer Notre Dame but heartache. MSU and Purdue offer more probable W's and the valleys in their schedule every team needs. You can't schedule too many big boys, and it makes sense to not give Michigan another national platform at Notre Dames expense. I couldn't care less about the word "scared" really. UM could have been scared for 30 years, I don't know the particulars and historical context of that, I do know what the particulars are here.

Problem is your anti-Michigan bias is just wrong. You want people to think that Notre Dame simply cares more about Purdue or MSU. that is laughably classic Chemic. Michigan is a national brand. Michigan gets coverage, Michigan gets attention from the best players in the nation right along with the OSU,Bama,ND,USC's of the world.. Uh, let me see, play Purdue on a Sat afternoon with no fanfare outside of Indiana, or play Michigan and have that game be the lead story on every network that night? Notre Dame has enough national coverage. UM can replace Notre Dame too and have that other big game be a national story that gets exposure. No biggie

Michigan matters, That is why they are recruiting the shit out of the country, it's Michigan. The arrogance comes from people and kids in Jersey who grow up Michigan fans. People care. Jabril Peppers cares, he's going to Michigan. (probably). He grew up a Michigan fan.

At this point you're at a Jack Swagger level of trolling. I'm at a CM Punk level.

          • Michigan has always recruited well. I think the last time MSU beat them in Michigan's Super Bowl(signing day) was like 1984 when George Perles proclaimed that they kick Michigan's butt. If anything it highlights the perennial underachievement that goes on in Ann Arbor.

Froot with reading comprehension issues, I'll explain:

It means MSU has a shitty football program.

                • In the last 20 years you guys are 9-7 against MSU's 10-10 record against ND. I guess its another example of rank underachievement in Ann Arbor.

But that post was an improvement. Maybe you just need an editor.

A wise bum once told me as he was washing my windows, "you can lie to me, but you can't lie to yourself." What was I lying about? That I didn't have any money.

                    • New B1G schedule for 2014. Michigan winds up having to play at spartie 2 years in a row. Road games also include at ND and at Stinktown.

The Big Ten has released its conference schedule for the 2014 season, when new members Maryland and Rutgers join the league and play in the East and West divisions begins.

So that one great spartie recruiting class--plus some steroids--helped them get to their only Rose Bowl in our lifetimes.
