Please support the Forum by using the Amazon Link this Holiday Season

Amazon has started their Black Friday sales and there are some great deals to be had! As you shop this holiday season, please consider using the forum's Amazon.com link (listed in the menu as "Amazon Link") to add items to your cart and purchase them. The forum gets a small commission from every item sold.

Additionally, the forum gets a "bounty" for various offers at Amazon.com. For instance, if you sign up for a 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime, the forum will earn $3. Same if you buy a Prime membership for someone else as a gift! Trying out or purchasing an Audible membership will earn the forum a few bucks. And creating an Amazon Business account will send a $15 commission our way.

If you have an Amazon Echo, you need a free trial of Amazon Music!! We will earn $3 and it's free to you!

Your personal information is completely private, I only get a list of items that were ordered/shipped via the link, no names or locations or anything. This does not cost you anything extra and it helps offset the operating costs of this forum, which include our hosting fees and the yearly registration and licensing fees.

Stay safe and well and thank you for your participation in the Forum and for your support!! --Deborah

      That would be wonderful!

I started watching sports the fall after the Pistons won the championship, so sadly I never saw that..
I've seen the Pistons lose the NBA finals (2005), lose several consecutive Eastern Conference championships, and now are terrible.. Hopefully coming back.
I've seen the Tigers lose two world series.
I watched every Lions game since 2004 (horrible) 0-1 playoffs.

Butler 0-2 championship game. MSU 0-1 (I really wanted MSU to win it in 2009) :( These teams are good enough to make the final result really heartbreaking. AND false optimism :(

                  • IDK, then I just have to think we maybe have it better than cities like Cleveland and Atlanta?

Dunno about that... and also it was more of a steam roll than a beating.

Could be worse, you could live in Los Angeles. They can't even support and NFL team well enough to keep it...

                        • A big BS call, imho, was the fourth foul that Hancock committed at the nine minute mark that the refs gave to another Louisville player. Instead of siting on the bench, he made big shots and got the fourth fall on McGary.

                          • CBS crew nailing it, blaming Beilein leaving Burke on the bench when Hancock erased 12 point lead. After it was cut to 6 should have brought him back in. Had to stop that run.

Agree. I pointed that out to my wife as we were watching.

hate to disagree but I would say that Pistons over Lakers '89 was more satisfying ...
