Well, I'm interested in seeing Trey Burke (who struggled tonight) and also how Smot (who had a good game) has developed.

Yes, the rubber truly hits the road against Memphis but getting there 3-0 is also important.

Looking at season expectations, we could be anywhere from a 17 to 22 win team going into Selection Sunday. A lot of it is on Trey's shoulders. I went to the exhibition against Wayne State last week and Trey looked very comfortable handling the ball but his timing with our bigs was a little off. He's going to have to learn quickly to assure Michigan of another NCAA berth.

Damn I wish Morris would've stayed for one more year. We'd have really taken a step forward and gave Trey a year to get comfortable. It was really a big hit to the program.

It was a hit. No idea yet how major. Morris was a very good floor leader, but he had flaws of his own.

Remarkable how you can win games on the road (in the Big Ten) when you play good defense. Greg Mattison is truly the messiah. Nobody would have ever thought at this point the D would be better than the O. The stink of Richrod is almost gone with a win over OSU. Hoke better make sure he hangs around for 3-4 years.

I agree with all of this.. but the most important thing is praying he stays 3-8 years!

Michigan backup safety Marvin Robinson arrested

Ann Arbor— Michigan safety Marvin Robinson faces a preliminary hearing Wednesday in 14th District Court, according to the court's website.
Robinson faces a second-degree charge for home invasion.
"We are aware of the report," Michigan coach Brady Hoke said in a statement Monday. "We will let the legal process run its course, and we will not have any further comment until that time."
Robinson has played sparingly this season because of a concussion suffered in practice earlier this season. He has played in five games and started one and had nine tackles.

I personally don't mind not pulling the plug. But I do expect that Hoke will make him earn the right to come back. I think Hoke handled Stonum right personally. He needed some time to get his business straightened out. So he "got" to redshirt.
