Things in this thread I need confirmation on, in order starting with the most important:
1.) Does Little Caesars use 100% mozzarella, or is it a combo cheese, mozz used in conjunction with a cheaper cheese (like Muenster or blech, Swiss). I know that ain't pure Mozz.
It's too bad Ron Zook was never fired.. if UofM brought in an NFL guy Zook would have made a great assistant coach who is one of the best recruiters in college football (coaching.. well thats another matter).
Rashean Mathis: "I'm an egg guy. Last year we didn't have (the omelet station). I didn't complain, but I was dying inside."
Last time I had Cottage Inn was circa 1988 when my best friend was going to EMU. Loved it back then but could only find it in the Ypsi area. I should try it again.
Every pizza joint I worked at used a combination of cheese because 100 percent Mozzarella doesn't have the correct texture. It gets too stringy and it will not set like it should.
I like Little Caesars, i probably eat it more than any other pizza. Jets is OK, but too expensive. In my opinion you really have to try and screw up pizza.
Or...make it yourself. I use a bread making machine to make the dough, flour, water, salt and yeast. Spread it on a greased pan and let it rise; brush the outside with olive oil and sprinkle it with Italian seasoning. Pre bake the crust for 20 minutes. Spread it with homemade sauce (tomato paste, sugar, salt, olive oil and basil; if you like "Chef Boy ar Dee" sauce, add a little Parmesan), then cheese (maybe some Parmesan with the Mozzarella) and toppings, and finish baking. Pre cook ground beef or sausage, and also mushrooms so it won't make the pizza runny.
Not much. I was 200% wrong in that I assumed the U already had their new coach lined up by the time of the Gator Bowl; Brandon says he will work quickly but with due diligence to identify a candidate, and will not convene a search committee. He says he assumes Jim Harbaugh is going to the NFL.
A national search begins today, which leads to a lot of questions on what the hell are they doing. You start national searches in December, not January.

I do make my own sometimes, but it is kind of a lot of time to do when you can go and get a 5 dollar hot and ready.
So who else is there other than Brady Hoke, Jim Harbaugh, Les Miles?
Based on what Jesse Palmer and Desmond Howard said after the press conference, they expect Michigan not to settle ... they need to find a Pete Carrel, Bob Stoops, Urban Meyer, Mac Brown type of person.
...
Steve Sarkisian, Gary Pinkel, Jon Gruden, Chris Petterson, Bronco Mendenhall???

I don't think those two jokers have a clue. But Brandon did say maybe they've been paying their coaches too little and he needs to upgrade the pay scale to the top of the profession. So it doesn't sound like money is an object.
