Not that much of a stretch considering triple OT with two teams with no D. Michigan fans want RichRod to do what Zook did and fire the whole defensive staff (Zook did after last year) ...? Wow didn't that help Illinois a lot of good.
WXYZ Sports Director Don Shane is in good spirits and recovering well after being run over on the sideline by Michigan quarterback Tate Forcier during the Wolverines win against Illinois.
During the Wolverines final drive, Forcier was forced out of bounds and then pushed directly into Shane, who was standing on the sideline preparing for his postgame coverage.
Don suffered a split lip that required stitches and he hit his head on the ground as he fell. He was cared for by Michigan's medical staff after the game. He went through a series of concussion tests and received four stitches in his upper lip.
Determined to complete his postgame duty, Don conducted interviews and shared some laughs with Forcier, who felt terrible about the incident. You can watch the interview in the player to the left.
If he is so all-knowing, he should know whether or not the Michigan coaching job will open up, and not base his prediction on some uncertain chain of events.

There have been a lot of stories over the past week to the effect that RichRod has forced this defensive alignment on Robinson. I presume Robinson or someone else on his staff--"You didn't hear this from me"--was fighting back against Rodriguez' assertion in his press conference that he's not responsible for what the defense does.
