Westworld is very trippy/creepy/interesting. Definitely worth checking out the premise in the pilot, for those who haven't yet.

"The Walking Dead" season 7 premiere is tonight.
I've been critical of this show for the last couple of seasons, but I might tune in to see who Negan killed.
Probably an unlikable character like Abraham because I question their guts to kill Carl, Glen, Daryl, Maggie, or Rick in a season opener.,

Says you I like Abraham and would love to see him go all out if we are headed to a big fight against negans guys this season. 1 hour to go, heart is racing a bit.

Yeah I like the two episodes I watched during their freebie week, but not worth 2 months of Subbing. So waiting till two or three episodes left then pick up a month of HBOnow and will marathon it then.

I heard that some people were upset with the premiere of Walking Dead. I guess some complained about the violence (the over the top bludgeoning) and a lot of people didn't like that it took almost 15-20minutes to reveal who Negan killed. I thought it was brutal but good. One of the producers said their goal was to not only "break" Rick but they needed to "break" the audience as well. I think it worked because I was pretty devastated by the end of the episode.

I have pretty much lost interest in The Walking Dead and their tired "villain of the season" formula, but I have payed attention enough to know what is going on and I know what happened. Why do people in these worlds not act like normal people? Why the hell don't they set up a sniper and when Negan is walking around all cocky with his baseball bat, put a bullet through his head?

I'd just put it on and let it play while I was doing some work on my computer and only nominally pay attention. At the end of the season I deleted it from my recording queue.

I'm trying to get into Westworld, love the concept, but I keep getting disrupted from the flow of the story with all the stuff that doesn't make sense.

Yeah, I have a couple of seasons on the DVR, but have not bothered to watch. I check the net to see what happened once in a while, I guess.

It has turned into that book that you started reading and got tired of in the middle. You kind of want to see what happens, but don't want to take the time to read it, because it just isn't very good and not worth the time, so you skim a little and try to get through it.

If TWD shorted its seasons to 10-12 episodes as it got rid of all the fluff/ wasted time, it might be a great show.
The low class writers (given their pay and other work) would have less to worry about... they could concentrate on something called implicit meaning in dialogue.... give characters like Rick a good character arc.

Idk if you have seen interviews of the comic book writer Kirkman, but I don't really buy this guys' creativity when it comes to writing.
That's why TWD was SO MUCH better in the hands of Frank Darabont.

I haven't been watched walking dead since season 2. No idea how they've kept it going this long

"Westworld" is getting better and better. Love this show so much!
This is why watching week to week >>> binge watching. I want answers now, but have to wait. Aaahhh the anticipation.

You know what's been good IMO is Shameless. This season has been fantastic although it feels like this might be it
