  • Not a huge gamer, but played both Last of Us games. That would make an awesome show. Last of Us 2 was crazy. I was scared after playing that game every time I played it. It was so intense. Never played a game like that before.

    • Started watching Andor as a very casual Star Wars guy. It’s really good. Total Seven Samurai vibes. They need to do more of this style. Character development and emotion. Bitch ass Disney will never go all in on a Rated R style series, but this show is as mature as it gets for Star Wars.

      • The latest season of Jack Reacher isn’t bad. Jim from the office is doing really well in the role

            • I haven’t tuned into that one. The thing that was always different with Jack Ryan, he was an analyst/teacher and not a super spy. The previews make it look like he’s a buffed up American Bond.

              • Yup. Clancy style
Trickalicious - I don't think it is fair that the division rivals get to play the Lions twice. The Lions NEVER get to play the Lions, let alone twice.

                • Everything old is new again. We streamed the first two episodes of That 90s Show last night on Netflix. Nice to see revisit the characters from That 70s Show again! Some awkward parts but we will likely keep going with the next few episodes.

                  • If anyone is interested in archeology type stuff….Ancient Apocalypse on Netflix

It done by a a guy who the archeological community hates because he points out the holes in their theory and then fills it with supposition.

That being said…a bunch of cool old structures and the guy has an interesting theory.

I was really skeptical but Jim from the office is really good in the role. The first 2 seasons are really good and they have a decent supporting cast.

                          • There's a show on Netflix called the recruit that's like Jack Ryan but more satirical. It's ok to kill some time.

                            • I started watching Black Bird - pretty good, but a bit grim and a little slow paced. It’s Ray Liotta’s final performance and Paul Walter Hauser won the Golden Globe for his creeptacular performance.

                              • Two episodes into Poker Face and it is pretty good. The setup for each episode is you see how the person was murdered and then you follow along how the lead Charlie Cale (Natasha Lyonne) figures it out. The gimmick for her is she can tell when someone is lying.

It is an homage to 70s detective shows, guest stars of the week. She talks like a female Columbo, carries herself like Jeff Lebowski and there is some Rockford Files vibes with the locations. It might be a little too much pastiche, but it's worth the watch.
