I bought a Lions necklace this fall from NFLShop.com. The one pictured on the website had the current logo. The one that arrived had the old one. I emailed them, they said they located the correct one and sent it to me at no charge. Sure enough, the replacement had the old logo. So then I called them. Explained the issue and guessed that when the note went to the warehouse and said "wrong logo," they simply looked to see if it was the Lions logo and not if it was the CURRENT Lions logo. They agreed and said they'd be more clear and send a replacement. The replacement also had the old logo. I gave up at this point. Bright side, I got to keep the other ones and gave them to friends, at least...#birdsarentrealComment
