I put up a tin backsplash in my master bathroom recently, after a small remodel project exposed some mustard yellow wall (!!) next to the wallpaper. It was a good solution since painting over that small section instead of wallpapering would have looked out of place. I was surprised how nice it looked.

Anyways, the tin was pretty easy to work with. That tile looks much more challenging.

Just spent 8 hours over the last two days detailing the trailer and getting ready to host about 10 of us up in the moutains. We (me, wifey and kid) will be up there for 7 days, while the other guests are joining in for anywhere form 2 days to 4.

I'm up late tonight after fixing a few other camping gear items that needed some attention.

I'll be up to go hook up the trailer in about 4 hours.

Today is going to be a long day.

Just got tickets to see Neil Young's solo show in the Saenger Theatre in Mobile on Sept 26. Our seats are 6 rows from the stage in the center of the theatre.

My wife, sister and I got on ticket master site and tried to get tickets. Wife got in for best available, my sister got in and could get seats back in the balcony. I didn't get in. The show sold out in three minutes. The place only seats 1900 people so the balcony seats would have been ok, but we figured that we would never have a chance to see Neil Young again so we went for the seats up front.
