I love my iPod Touch! The internet connectivity is the killer part of it. I can just pick it up and check the NFL headlines whenever, without hopping on the PC. Also can browse this forum with it, although I really should create a mobile style for us one of these days.

I used it at the casino (in Petoskey) the other day to read a book while waiting for my poker game to start.

Odd........when I need a recipe, I use my laptop.

The app is just fun, you can select options (like: Dinner, chicken, under 30 minutes) and it searches for the matches and gives some crazy ideas.

Deb is right, if it wasn't connected to the internet I would want no part of it.

The Touch isn't a phone, it's just like the iPhone without the phone.

I didn't fare too well, I'm afraid. I was up north visiting my Dad and we played in a tourney first, I was out quickly. Then waited for a cash game and broke even.

I don't use a cell phone but maybe once a month. I can't imagine paying all that money for an iPhone when I have the Touch and a prepaid phone.

My Kindle (yes, I bought one) will help out in that case. It uses wireless.
