Cat, I was 281 pounds when I started. Down to 181 as of yesterday.
And Mark, hair would be at least 2 or 3 more ounces I'd have to lose.
Today was the day that myself and Sash were going to head into town on the tram and go for lunch in the High Street etc, get some Tablet and other souvenirs......., but its absolutely feckin' pishin' down with rain. Typical Edinburgh weather, sunny all week, then the day we are both free to spend together, its monsooning it outside.
I will get the goodies on Thursday and they shall be en route to the US on Friday. Then by the following Friday, you'll only have lost 97.3 lbs!

Made my day earlier this week, finally 100% off all doctor prescribed meds... bought my first six pack in 13 years. Damn they tasted freakin' good.
This post has made my day. Absolutely fantastic news SB.

It's been a long road, for sure. I had a lot support along this journey from many of you, and that made the road a lot less rocky. I'll never be able to thank you all enough. And especially AE, without whom which I may not even be here.
Although I will admit to sampling a few sips of Malto Marks home brew at the last Forum Game, against the advise of AE, but Mark assured me it was all NA.
