I'm very pleased to tell you, LFIJ, that I WON'T be telling you that I have anything against Monty Python. I have everything they ever made on DVD. I also have other things on DVD containing members of the team, Fawlty Towers etc.
I was very pleased to see that in Tony G's "on this day in history" thread, on my actual birthday, October the 5th, 1969, the BBC aired the first ever Python show. Very chuffed with that knowledge.
The Beatles still suck, and always will.
Edit: that was a great clip....., especially talking about re-creating Graham Chapman.
Got to say though......, I love most things British (English) Ozzy, Sabbath, Purple, Floyd, The Who, Stones, Maiden and a whole host of TV comedies, too numerous to mention. It's only The Beatles that are the overrated Shyte problem, ..... And McShitney is STILL subjecting us to it.

"...when Hibernian won the Scottish Cup final and that celebration, Sunshine on Leith? I don’t think there’s a better football celebration ever in the game.”
We are not The Judean Peoples Front. We are The People's Front of Judea. Just fucking remember that. Ok?

The first time I watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail, I literally fell out of my chair because I was laughing so hard at the black knight scene. My sides hurt so bad.
I remember when they first came out and a bud said, they have to be rich or on dope. Anyone in England in the early 80's that could sing the do-do-do lines from Rio had to out of touch.

Same thing for me, but it was with The Life of Brian. The "What have the Romans done for us" sketch. One of the funniest scenes ever. The black knight scene is just brilliant too.
Anyway......., you distracted me from my music. Where was I?
Oh yes, ""HER NAME IS RIO, AND SHE'S DANCIN ON THE SAND......, OH RIO, RIO.........
Fucking class!

Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! The Who is a British band? I believe 240 years ago we won a little war that gives us the right to claim The Who as 100% American. You can have the rest of them.
It's so flat you can watch your dog run away for three days.
My 12 year old son just got an acceptance letter to join the TKD Leadership Team. This is quite an honor and its pretty rare for a junior to be accepted into this program.
I can't even begin to detail the health issues he's had to overcome to get this. I usually avoid bragging about kid stuff (I leave that to the Grandparents), but I'm so proud of him I could burst. So please indulge me here for one post :-)

Even though I'm not Kayrone, congrats!
