I believe its still occupied. We used to frequent it during the St. Patricks Day parade, but now we tailgate for the dance school across Michigan next to the Express Bar. But I seem to think it is still open.

Must have been one of the last trains out of there.
They are building a new Train terminal on Michigan Ave, in Dearborn. They are expecting that travel to Chicago, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and AA will make this a popular transportation depot.I long for a Lions team that is consistently competitive.

.......at least that is the reaction I have had when I introduce them to many who have not been exposed to them.I long for a Lions team that is consistently competitive.

A pastizz is a savoury pastry from Malta. Pastizzi usually have a filling either of ricotta or of mushy peas, and are called pastizzi tal-irkotta, "cheesecakes", or pastizzi tal-piżelli, "peacakes" Pastizzi are a popular and well-known Maltese food
I hope they mark them so you can tell the ricotta from the mushy peas

The ones with peas are also made with ground beef and, I know them as meat pastizzi.
I am guessing your definition is of an authentic one prior to WWII where there was not much beef available for consumption.
Edit: You will get a smile out of someone if you ask for a pastizzi tal-piżelli. The person you are ordering from may not know what you are saying but, there will be someone in the house that does.Last edited by Malto Marko; October 2, 2013, 04:41 PM.I long for a Lions team that is consistently competitive.

"The St. Louis rib half rack was dry as all get out. I could see it having potential from the smokiness it had but it clearly wasnt fresh and was dried out under a light."
---------------------------The time we went there, I thought the same. My ribs are way better. Got the recipe from STEE, so I guess they are his ribs. I changed a few things though so I can call it mine. lol.GO LIONS "24" !!

I have very high standards for BBQ joints because I try them far and wide.
Good bbq is usually spendy so i expect a lot for my hard earned dough. And if a joint fails, ill quickly let it be known on review sites.
But again, that is my opinion. Obviously that place does well for others pallete.19.1119, NO LONGER WAITING

What you did miss out on was the postgame victory cigars. You were the reason I brought them. :(Last edited by Panoptes; October 2, 2013, 09:53 PM.19.1119, NO LONGER WAITING

Ha! No.
Dustdog got some acknowlegement for his Lions gear from them (he was facing them).
We were destined to run into BLADES as we just missed him by minutes inside Ford Field while we were taking our "private" tour (only the two of us were on the tour) just before heading to Slows. :-D19.1119, NO LONGER WAITING
