Frank, rotten. I was shortstacked an hour into it, went all in with pocket 10s. Big slick called me and hit on the turn.
That sucks Deb. Ever notice that when you have big slick the board always comes up with low cards? I never knew that Murphy played poker also, that bastard.
Shortstacked refers to the size of your stack of poker chips. When you're shortstacked, you don't have many chips left.
All in = betting all of your chips
Pocket 10s = a pair of tens in my hand
Big slick = Ace and king in your hand
The turn = the fourth community card played in Texas Hold 'Em
Hah, I knew All in, guessed short stacked, had a good idea on The turn, did'nt know what pocket 10 was about, but honestly though Big Slick was the online name of an opponent :-o

If you fall during your life, it doesn't matter. You're never a failure as long as you try to get up.
I've been working on a case involving George "the Iceman" Gervin since the start of the year. It finally was filed yesterday, so I can tell people of my little brush with fame.
That makes my day.
