Yea, the Richard's one is mine. It is a style called HDR (Gonz doesn't like it), I am actually merging several images into one to create a broader exposure range. So you get shadow detail and highlight detail in the image. After that I boost the contrast up as far as it will go, and this is the result. Not everyone likes the style, but if I am aiming for 100% popularity, Im sure I will be disappointed.

Well I like HDR then?like that photo not only for the colors, but also for the image, I like picturesque old buildings or historical ones, as you wanna call it.

They say luck favors the prepared. My 18-year-old neighbor Ian Baker caught this awesome scene last week at Seminole State College where he is a student. Ian and his brother Tim, who is also a student at SSC, always have their cameras on them. Ian shot this photo with a Rebel T2i near the Student Center at the college around 6:30pm

Montana and Kumamoto are celebrating the 30 year anniversary of their sister state relationship.

I went to a Montana Club party tonight where representatives from the University of Montana were giving out prizes. I won a U of M Grizzlies cowboy hat.

Best line of the night came from the U of M rep who e-mailed the picture to her boss. The reply:

"Who's the guy in the cowboy hat with the Grizzly Adams beard?"

That'd be me.
