thanks everyone, ya know the old saying "you got health, you got wealth" sure rings true. funy how easy it is to take something like no pain for granted.. I am taking the rest of the year off from all fire fighting, unless something terrible happens that throws me into the fray.. right now I am going to plan on healing completely my rotator and getting all the muscles relaxed and stonger. so some light weights and am going to try some yoga... that should do the trick..

Glad to hear no major damage, Stee. Uhhhhhh, use the exorcises the Physical therapists give you. Using some of the exorcises you have used to build arm strength previously might not be the best for the job.
I long for a Lions team that is consistently competitive.
When I lived in Memphis, a local real estate agency ran an ad in the Memphis Flyer with this picture. The caption read "Time to move out of your neighborhood?" I found the pic today and it still cracks me up...
The only thing missing from that Marvin Jones touchdown reversal is that it wasn't a first round playoff game.
They block images from being linked directly to other blogs and message boards. Once I went to the website and found the pic it showed up because it was cached. I think its a way to conserve bandwidth, among other things. The best thing to do is right clicking on the pic, saving it then going to tinypic.com and uploading it.
