Rendezvous.
The film shows an eight-minute drive through Paris in the early hours of the morning (05:30hrs), accompanied by sounds of a high-reving engine, gear changes and squealing tires. It starts in a tunnel of the Paris P?riph?rique at Porte Dauphine, with an onboard view from an unseen car exiting up on a ramp (and from there following this route) to Avenue Foch. Well-known landmarks such as the Arc de Triomphe, Op?ra Garnier, and Place de la Concorde with its obelisk are passed, as well as the Champs-?lys?es. Pedestrians are passed, pigeons sitting on the streets are scattered, red lights are ignored, one-way streets are driven up the wrong way, center lines are crossed, the car drives on the sidewalk to avoid a rubbish truck. The car is never seen as the camera seems to be attached below the front bumper

As for the guy who was widowed a while back...he has decided to quit working until his daughter is in school, as she is traumatized & he doesn't want to put her in daycare. So he will live off soc sec & life ins proceeds & we will keep a close eye on things. I'm still very concerned about them, as things are pretty bleak financially. But right now their mental health is most important, so I totally support his decision. He is good people, so I will probably keep up monthly contact with him for the forseeable future. I was able to recommend a play therapist for his daughter, so I'm hoping that will help. She worked wonders for my little girl, so I hope it can help his little girl, too.
And since I care about you people, let me take this opportunity to remind you that if you have kids, you had BETTER have enough life insuance in place to replace your income if you die prematurely!!!

Can't wait to watch that Paris video and wax nostalgic!
I watched that Paris video before. Though I never before heard what Paris was doing being called waxing nostalgic though. Is the that what the kids call it nowadays?

Man, that's a rough situation. What a tough choice he made too. Is he in a position that he'll be able to go back to work easily when the time is right?
