At the price we're selling this for, not really. This is more a gauge of interest and a test of eBook sales more than anything else. I would suggest that if the small residuals that are earned from the test net you a couple hundred bucks, you might want to look at an online publishing source and make some hard copies that could become not only collector editions if the series catches on, but a little savvy on your part to understand how easy it is to publish your work in the computer age.Originally posted by chemiclord View Post

Congrats Chemi. You are now the third author I know personally. One of my best friends growing up in Esky is now an author of several published books. One of his books is kind of an autobiography as well as a journey through the late 60's until the turn of the century. He has a chapter dedicated to some of our exploits as young men. It's really cool seeing your name in a published book. He's a huge "Detroit" sports team fan btw.
Anyway sorry to get off on a tangent. Congrats to you.

Had the good fortune of meeting and talking to two U.S.A. swim Olympians and world champions earlier today at a swim school I was looking into for my kid.
I just happened to walk into the school while it was partaking in a world record attempt (to improve upon their existing record) of the most swimmers receiving lessons at the same time and those two happened to be there.
I spoke briefly to JANET EVANS (4x Gold) and JASON LEZAK (2x Gold, 2x Bronze). They both learned to swin at this place (while growing up in Orange County) and they were there partaking in the record attempt with their young children. J.E. appeared to be co-hosting the event and was doing a lot of news interviews.
I'm not a big autograph hound but I was honored to receive both of their sigs this morning.
