Seems to be the prototypical story for anyone who doesn't fly for a living Mark. Expensive hobby to have, but still cool that you fought your way through to the license. Need to start over on mine...wish I had won the lotto so I could do it with all this free time hehe.

Most likely not Dan. I'm still job hunting in Alabama and likely going down there in the next week or two to press the flesh with some recruiters. Timing depends on when my car is finished so I can't say for certain when I'll be leaving.
Wish I was able to commit to coming as I love walking down the streets of Detroit with a stranger...err going to forum games. :DComment

After spending the last 4 months collecting a paycheck to be a house frau, I finally got a job offer! Assuming there's nothing lurking on my background check that I don't know about (and the pee test goes well), I will be a financial consultant at a large bank. Even though I've never been a financial advisor myself, I have the same knowledge & credentials they do, so I figured it was time to go for it. And doing it at a bank will be a great way to make the transition, they will pay me a decent base salary in addition to commissions, and the branch I'll be working out of is 7.4 miles from my house. WOO HOO!
